Pelee Island - Ontario
The community of Pelee Island is located at Canadas most southern point in Lake Erie, Ontario. Pelee township comprises of nine islands the largest being Pelee Island, and including Middle Island, Middle Sister Island, Hen Island, Big Chicken Island, Little Chick Island, Chick Island, East Sister Island, and North Harbour Island. The total land area of all the islands is just 41.84 km² (16.15 sq mi).
Pelee Island is as far south as northern California and is visited by up to 3,000 visitors each weekend during the summer months.
