Mont Tremblant - Quebec

The village of Mont Tremblant, Quebec, is located in the Laurentian Mountains northwest of Montreal, in Mont Tremblant Provincial Park. A ski resort in winter and a centre for hiking and camping in the summer, Mont Tremblant combines beautiful scenery with facilities for a wide variety of outdoor activities and indoor fun.

Quaint, European-style buildings dominate the pedestrian village of Mont Tremblant, but the area is also an ideal place for vigorous activities. The nearby ski resort includes one of the longest ski runs in Canada, while the bicycle paths next to Lake Mercier are excellent places to exercise while enjoying the warm summer air. Moose and deer, lakes and waterfalls are only some of the sights to be seen before returning to the village for the evening. With camping facilities, youth hostels, a large hotel, and restaurants, Mont Tremblant has everything a visitor could want.

Competitions and cultural events make any stay at Mont Tremblant unique. Snowboarding competitions and an annual Blues festival are only part of the town’s charm. The spas are good places to rest after a long day outside, while painting ceramics at a local studio or shopping in one of the town’s boutiques can make a visit special. For outdoor and indoor activities, Mont Tremblant is an ideal place to include in any trip to Quebec.
